We’re thrilled to have you in the MaintainX Community! This space is dedicated to fostering a supportive, informative, and respectful environment for all our members. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

🛠️ No Selling or Self-Promotion: This platform isn’t for selling or promoting your products/services. Let’s keep our focus on knowledge sharing and collaborative growth. Community members who are official MaintainX partners may advertise their services only in specific sections of our community and must be transparent with their offerings.

🗣️ Harassment-Free Zone: We have zero tolerance for bullying, sexism, racism, or any form of harassment. This is a community that respects and values each member.

🔐 Confidentiality is Key: Please don’t share any proprietary or confidential information from your company or others. Respect privacy and intellectual property rights.

🤝 Keep it Civil and Professional: We encourage direct, honest conversations in a respectful and professional manner. Please refrain from using offensive language. Refrain from discussing politics or religion in this community.

💬 Focused Discussions: We’re here to engage in productive conversations about maintenance, operations, and the use of MaintainX. Out of respect for the community’s host, please avoid discussing MaintainX’s pricing or competitor comparisons.

📬 Don’t Share Contact Information Publicly: If you want to connect with someone for a private conversation, click on Private messages under My profile in the top right corner of the page. Don’t write your contact email or phone number in a public forum.

📝 Credit Original Sources: Intellectual property theft is not tolerated. If you're sharing someone else's work, give them proper credit.

📵 Respect Privacy and No Doxing: Share your own contact information if you choose, but never share someone else’s without their permission. Publicly posting someone's personal information without consent is strictly prohibited.

🔍 Stay on Topic: Keep discussions relevant to the community’s focus. Off-topic posts may be redirected or removed.

✂️ Brevity is Appreciated: Keep your posts concise. Overly long comments may be edited for clarity and brevity.

🙅‍♀️ Be Authentic: Post as yourself, not someone else. Impersonation is not allowed.

🚫 Respect Our Moderation: Discussions about moderation decisions are to be handled privately. We reserve the right to prohibit content that goes against the spirit of our community standards as interpreted by our team. If you have concerns about this policy, contact us directly.

🔁 Guideline Updates: These guidelines are subject to change. Please check back regularly for the most current version.

🔒 One Account Per User: Multiple accounts per individual are not allowed and will be removed.
