Is it possible to add a picture or a copy and pasted table from a word document to a procedure? For example adding the risk table to a risk assessment pre start procedure - Thanks
Hi everyone,I'm looking to enhance our maintenance team's efficiency by integrating customer support automation software. Specifically, I'm interested in solutions that can streamline client communications, automate ticketing processes, and provide real-time updates on maintenance requests.Has anyone successfully implemented such tools alongside MaintainX? What platforms have you found to be most compatible and effective?Any insights on balancing automation with personalized customer interactions would be greatly appreciated.
I’m new to MaintainX and looking for anyone using it for a property management/HOA environment. Just looking to connect, share best practices, etc. Thanks!
Hi, The only trigger selection that appears for me when I click on “New automation” is the “When: Meter Reading” field. Is this normally the case or is there a way to change the trigger to anything I choose? The first automation I’d like to create is to have an email sent when there are parts attached to a new work order created. Thanks
I would like to create a report of work orders showing the number of open work orders by month so that I can keep an eye on old work orders that are not getting completed. I’d like to then be able to click into the number and view the work orders. I’m not finding a lot of instruction on how to build reports within the native MX platform so if there’s any useful tutorials please point me in the right direction.
I cannot find in the reports section if you can run reports with the comments on the report and export it to PDF. If it is not there can it be added? I have to send daily reports and would like to have the comments on them. Maybe add it so it can be turn on and off under the column section of the export? Currently I have to use excel and copy my comments over and then send it that way.
Hey I'm working on creating a Capital Budgeting for all of the assets that we have in Maintain X. What i need is a list of the equipment with the life expectancy and what the replacement costs will be. This way I know how much it will cost us each year to keep up with replacement. Is there someone that can tell me if this is a feature that is available?
We have just started using MaintainX and are now exploring the reporting function and the data sometimes doesn’t appear to match from all locations. As an example, in Work Orders calendar view I show 5 work orders for today all completed. When I look at Reporting for work orders it says we have 6 completed for today, when I expand and look at the details there are 7 shown as done. Has anyone else seen any discrepancies in data, I’m briefing plant and corporate based on the data from MaintainX and right now I don’t know where I need to pull my numbers from.
My first question in MX. I have junior staff that my senior engineer prints work orders and places them in mailboxes as assignments for the day. I would like to have a user that I could assign to multiple staff to share. Is this possible without making a new email address that could be shared by all of them.
We use the same parts for our monthly PM work orders, and I’m looking into a way that a PO for new parts will automatically be made once a certain reorder point is reached.I cannot find a way to set up this automation, and am wondering if anyone knows how to do something like this or if it is even possible.Wehn going through automation, the only trigger is a meter reading, so I’m not sure if I should be looking to automate the process or if there is something within the “PO” section that is more suited for what I’m trying to achieve.Thanks.
