Capital Budget

Hey I'm working on creating a Capital Budgeting for all of the assets that we have in Maintain X. What i need is a list of the equipment with the life expectancy and what the replacement costs will be. This way I know how much it will cost us each year to keep up with replacement. Is there someone that can tell me if this is a feature that is available?

Hello Oatman,

So our company just started using MaintainX. We had a benchmark company out to our business just a couple months ago separate from MaintainX. They did an assessment of all of our assets and uploaded a spreadsheet for us.

 

I was able to break some of that info down and uploading it now into MaintainX with our assets. We have a option that we are putting in when describing each asset and it's life expected. We are setting up something in this program to help do planning with our capital budgeting as well like what you are looking to do.
