How do folks at your company refer to the maintenance, operations, safety, operations teams?
For example, are they referred to specifically as it relates to their job (ie Maintenance - ‘techs’ or ‘technicians’)?
Are they referred to as frontline team? Operations team? Shop floor team?
Also, I’d also love to hear what you would prefer if you don’t necessarily love the way your organization refers to those groups today.
