The unit in question is a wine enthusiasts tower with 3 units inside full power from the going to all 3 units but the controll board is not lighting up installed a new one still same issue help would be appreciated

Have you solved your issue? I'm going to throw in a few suggestions that hopefully help you to figure out how to solve it:
- Check out if you are getting any voltage where you would install control board
- Reach out to manufacturer and ask the same question
- Checkout troubleshooting section of equipment manual
- Do you have any maintenance records that could help you figure out it that happened before?
- Is there anyone out there who could help you out? (contractor, friend, etc)
- Any warranty you could claim?
