Does anyone know a way to connect Jira to MX without using Zapier?
Process: Once a work order is complete in MX a ticket will be created in Jira and contain that work order to be approved.

That said, if you have the resources available, you could work with MaintainX’s REST API (https://api.getmaintainx.com/v1/docs) and Jira’s REST API (https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/rest-apis/) to connect the platform’s directly.
