Does anyone know if I can create a work order template and make it the default? I have a template we want to use for all requests.

To update I created a custom field for the work orders but unless I fill it when creating the WO it doesn’t appear on the WO. If I put something in the field, it’s then already filled and the tech can’t add anything. If we select a template when creating a WO from a request it fills the description from the template not the request. I’m talking to our rep this afternoon and hopefully he can help.
