How to set a weekly checklist to keep trucks in order?

There are two parts to set this up:

1. A procedure template that acts as your checklist 
2. A recurring work order that contains the procedure and is pushed to your team every week.

The procedure template is where you’ll add all the fluid checks and inspection points for your trucks. That way, your team has a consistent checklist to follow every time. If you use the inspection check field, that will let your team pass, flag, or fail each inspection point for any issues they find.

Once your checklist template is set up, you can attach it to a work order and schedule it to repeat weekly. This ensures your team gets scheduled reminders to complete the checklist.
