Hi Sam!
The possibilities are almost endless when it comes to integrating MaintainX into Power BI. However, what you need to keep in mind his: If the data is available in any of our CSV exports (from the Reporting Module → Export Data), then it can be added to a Power BI report.
Now what we see a lot of people building are reports
- Time Tracking per user for specific date range with the description of the work that was done
- Requests Tracking with an ongoing list of which requests are still pending and when they were submitted (sometimes to respect SLAs)
- Parts usage Tracking to see which parts are being used and when
- Any report including company specific KPIs related to data in MaintainX (WO completion ratio, Time/Cost associated with WOs, amount of WOs completed per week, etc.)
When it comes to what data to include, it all falls back to where does this data live? This information can be found from the Export Data page by looking into the different export options.
I recommend that you take a look at this page here to get more information on how to pull the data:

Hopefully this answers your question or part of it :)
