There is a useful “Minimum in Stock” tool within MaintainX, however there is no “Maximum in Stock” tool.
When placing parts and/or consumable orders, MaintainX will automatically fill in the “Units Ordered” field with the number needed to get inventory back to the minimum level, however it would be more useful to have MaintainX auto fill this number to the maximum units needed. The system is good at showing the items that “need restock” based off the minimum units, but to have it also autofill the ordered units based off the maximum units would make this process perfect.
