Multiple assets with hour meters

I have multiple assets that need to have run time captured which will drive maintenance. My question is do I need a run time meter for each asset or do I create 1 run time meter and assign it to each asset? In a previous CMMS I used it only required me to create a single instance of the meter so I’m curious how MaintainX handles this instance. Thank you all.
