Am I just missing something when it comes to parts needing to be reordered due to being at or below minimum? I have several parts that fall in this category, but no one knew so they haven’t been ordered. I see that a notification will be sent for critical parts/spares at or below minimum but nothing for non-critical. I hope someone is doing this and can help me get our system set to do it.

For the critical parts, make a team / group of the people in your organization responsible for ordering parts.

 

Then, on the critical parts, assign that team to each individual part. When the part drops below the minimum, maintainX will send an email to the email attached to that MaintainX account.  

 

You can also pull a report for parts below the minimum by going to reporting > export data > parts > and filter for parts needing restock.
