Good morning, all.

 

I would like to know how to print a specific asset list; i.e. just a list of my pumps or relief valve.  I’m sure it’s easy, but I haven’t been able to figure it out.  Thanks,

If you have sufficient permissions, you should be able to export your asset data by going to Settings > General > Export Data : Assets. From here you can filter as necessary. You would most likely need to have asset types or categories assigned to the assets to be able to filter them properly.

Under your organization settings in the Export Assets screen you should see a small “Filter” button in the top left. You can filter there on Asset Type, Status, or other attributes you may have set up!
