Procedure copying from trial to full version

If you have a trial version then they should simply convert this into full so all assets and settings/schedules should carry over. You shouldn’t have to start again after upgrading.

When we changed from the trial to the paid version everything in the trial transferred over. A MaintainX rep made the change for us so maybe it needs to be done on their end. I would reach out to them directly.

Thanks for your insights, this was something a MaintainX Rep had to transfer over for me. It is amazing how fast things get uploaded by MaintainX once I give up the correct data.
