Is there any way of reorganizing tasks too allow for better workflow? I have tasks assigned that are out of order and make the workflow very inefficient. I am unable to find a way to reorganize tasks for a better flow to reduce engineer travel downtime, if followed as per top to bottom on the mobile app.
I am new to MaintainX so there may be many better ideas out there.
I just input a large number of work orders, locations, and assets. Almost all of my WO’s are associated with a specific location in a building; many are also associated with a specific asset in that location. I think I can pull up a location and/or asset and then pull up all WO’s associated with that location and/or asset. If so, I can have a technician do the same and do all the work for one location, for example, while he or she is in that location.
I look forward to hearing other ideas.
I managed to find the reorganization dots, they are in the Edit Work order then Edit procedure, then Edit Library template. The six dots too the left of the procedural step only appear on hover over, rather than being on all the time, so unless you know this, it appears like there is no reorganization feature. Also these dots appear to be a MaintainX only item, and is non standard.
