+5I have some assets that are interchangeable. We will use one until it is due for maintenance or rebuild then switch it out for one of the others. When I am not using the spares I would like to have a way to mark it as offline but usable if it is operational, or offline and being repaired if that is the case. Has anyone been able to do this? It would make my tracking of downtime much easier.

One way we help support the ability to track an asset as offline, but functional, is through custom Asset Status labels.
If you click the link below from your desktop/PC, you can go directly to the settings page that will allow you to create Asset Status labels to help differentiate in your reporting.
