+4Our storeroom is a sublocation of another and I have tried to set up sub locations for my shelving and next would be bins. I can’t even add the shelving into my storeroom, how are other people creating storeroom locations to easily locate parts? Getting frustrated with this one.

+4As I have tried to determine the best route for listing rack/bin locations in the storeroom it looks like the field called “Area” is about the best approach.
+1John, many companies I work with use custom fields on their spare parts to be granular on the location of these parts. To create custom fields, go to: Settings (bottom lef) > Features > Parts Inventory > Customize Part Fields.
There you can create fields like: Color zone, shelf, bin, etc. So when they look at a part on the app, they will have something like this:
