Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then make sure your notifications are enabled in settings. You may need to check both general notifications and app-specific settings.

I did the same thing a couple weeks ago, and uninstalling and reinstalling the App worked for me.

Another option could be installing google chrome on your phone and enabling notifications.
I'm guessing enabling MaintainX notifications through your emails exists. I honestly haven't tried but this may be the best option.
