We are in the instrumentation industry, and we deal with a lot of sites with the same types of equipment. We are looking at the possibility of using MaintainX as a Vendor. Where we use the software as a way to keep track of our installation bases and customers we deal with.
What would be ideal for us if we can create Customers instead of vendors, and flip the perspective of the software?
Is there anyone that uses it in this way?
