hello all,

Looking for a way to repeat a work order hourly. I have several pieces of equipment that require hourly inspections while running.

I am trying to avoid making 24 work orders for every day that this inspection is required.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Tom

In the work order edit/create window, under Recurrence, select “Periodically” at the bottom of the dropdown. Set to 60 minutes.

Mike,

Thank you for the response. I might be missing something, in the recurrence dropdown, I don't have periodical option. thanks Tom

It appears I don’t the “Periodically” option either and the shortest periodicity I have is Weekly. I need to set one up for every 2 hours during operating hours (2 shifts)

@Bigdog9598 , @JCathey ,

I could be wrong, but I don’t think it’s unique to Enterprise.

Something of note: On my screen, if I’m not scrolled down enough within the work order creation window, the bottom half of the dropdown isn’t immediately visible.

It’s also possible your organization has the option disabled. If the scrolling doesn’t work, try asking your local system admin, or if you don’t have one, your MaintainX account manager.
