Hi, Would be good if you could enter an actual time on completion along side of the estimated time for completing a job. Also a description of what was done to complete this work order, and have these come out on the reports.

If you’re looking for more accurate times, you can have your team use the “Start Timer” function on the mobile app to clock in and out of work orders. This will also naturally give you timestamps, recorded in the comments.

Getting into a habit of leaving comments is good practice and helps identify what was done leading up to the completion of a work order. However, I don’t know of a way to use MaintainX’s base reporting to filter comments and provide insights. We used Google’s Looker for external reporting and utilized the Procedures feature to reduce variability with comment language and to make it easier/faster for the team to fill out work orders.
