Hard to pick a favorite. MaintainX revolutionized how we conduct business. That being said one of the things that I really enjoy using is the addition of conditional steps in procedures. I like to explain it as a sort of map to success. It’s away that you can help somebody negotiate through to the result you want.
It is very had to pick just one thing about maintain x that is my favorite. I really like that I can access it from anywhere. no matter if I am at my yard in FL or my yard in NY, I can make a w/o on a piece of equipment from anywhere. I can also monitor the workflow of my shop at the same time.

Like Chris said it is hard to just pick one aspect I like about Maintainx but if I had to pick one it would be the adaptability. We are just scratching the surface of the capabilities Maintainx has to offer but it has saved us countless dollars and man hours just being able to be tailored for our specific needs. At the end of last year when our travel was limited, I was able to create a survey of our equipment needs for 2024 across hundreds of locations in the United States. The survey that was created allowed me to get detailed information from across the country without making hundreds of phone calls. It also gave the field the autonomy to discuss their needs by providing pictures and detailed information so I could order the correct equipment. This was very helpful!
