how do i make a pm quarterly

Hi Ron, thanks for asking! 

You’re going to use the Recurrence function to set your new PMs to Quarterly:

1. In your work order, scroll down to the Schedule settings.

   

    

2.  You’ll change Schedule to ‘Calendar’, and Work Type to ‘Preventive’.

   

   This opens the ‘Recurrence’ settings.

   

    

3. You’ll set Recurrence to ‘Monthly by date’.

   

   
    

4. Change it to every 3 months, and select the applicable date.

   

    

When you save your PM, it’s now set to recur on a quarterly basis.
