I have created an hour meter and a monthly task to record the readings. Is there a way to have the reading recorded into the meter from the WO? I see how to create a WO from the Meter to record the data but I would like to have the monthly work order created automatically when due and the reading populate the meter like the one created from the meter.

I've done this with several assets.
First create the meter.
Then create a procedure task for that meter reading.
Then add that procedure to a repeating work order.
When you really get it going you can set automations that will trigger other work orders based on that meter reading.

Thank you very much for this, I have now been able to create work order to recorded readings and it creates another work order to perform a procedure if the readings are too high or low.
