We utilize the 10% rule for PM completion, this means as long as the PM is completed within 10% of the frequency it’s still on time. MaintainX only counts on time as being completed by the due date and I can’t find a way to add a window either in the calculation or a scheduled start and finish date on the WO. If I could add that it should show on time if the job was completed any time during that window. Any suggestions?
