Reporting Maintenance KPIs for an immature maintenance program

If you’re on the Enterprise plan, you can create a single dashboard that displays multiple reports, each one showing you a different KPI.

You’ll create the first report, then add it to a brand new dashboard. Continue to create and add more reports to the same dashboard.

One distinction may help: several reports on one dashboard and several KPI lines on one chart are different requirements. The dashboard guidance answers the first; the combined chart still needs confirmation.

For an initial version, would three side-by-side trend charts meet your need? Use the same reporting period and location filters, and label the numerator and denominator for each percentage. Sharing a percentage axis does not necessarily make the measures directly comparable.

If the single chart is essential, I would ask support specifically whether Report Builder can plot these three separately calculated percentages as independent series, rather than just grouping one measure by category.
