I want to add a custom field to the vendors tab to note the certifications the vendor has and when they expire.
e.g. Safety at height, confined space, permit to work etc.
Has anyone done this before. Ideally I’d add a dropdown that allows multiple selections.
This is so we can tell at a glance if the vendor is currently certified or if we need to confirm their certification before booking them to complete work.

Hello! I am new to MaintainX and currently looking into tracking this as well. We are mainly wanting to track their insurance and expiration date. I think I am going to attach the COI document to each individual vendor and create a custom field for the expiration date. That way its easy to see when you go to the vendor page and then I will also be able filter the vendors by those dates. So at the beginning of each month I can filter the expiration dates and see if there are any vendors I need to reach out to for an updated COI. I know this is just one certification and is a little bit different than tracking multiple licenses. Hope this helps some and I am open to any feedback as well. Thanks!
