How do I customize and automatically generate a report showing all open work orders and requests? I need to set up a report to be sent daily so others can see what work is still needing to be done.

+7Scheduling reports can be done from the Reporting tab under “Export Data” or in the General page in Settings (bottom left corner). Click on the work order or work request module and select the columns/filters you want to export, then click “Schedule” or “Scheduled Exports”. Define the recurrence and recipients, hit done. Pretty simple. If you can’t find these options, you’re probably missing admin permissions.
