Is anyone using MaintainX to keep track of the maintenance for instant issue printers (Credit/debit cards, ID cards, etc.)? We primary use models CR825D-MH and RS4D-MH through Entrust, with another 3rd party vendor for the actual physical maintenance when necessary. I’m especially looking for any insight on how your team is handling processing work orders from individual offices.
