Good afternoon.

My name is Bob Elam, and I am a Senior Information Technology Specialist for an architectural engineering firm that includes a primary company with multiple affiliate organizations. I am passionate about being helpful and contributing to the improvement of IT processes, with a focus on standardizing and streamlining our efforts to provide a positive experience for employees and the affiliate companies that rely on our systems and services.

Our Facilities Management team began implementing MaintainX more than a year ago, and the IT group is now exploring how we can leverage the platform to support our needs. I would appreciate learning how other organizations have used MaintainX for IT-related functions such as asset management, software management, documentation, policies and procedures, IT support ticketing, and any other use cases that may be beneficial.

Thanks,

Bob

Hi everyone, I’m Joe Laucius owner of Myrtle Serve Property Care, a residential & commercial maintenance company focused on routine, preventative care for home & business owners.

I’m in the property maintenance space, working primarily with recurring service models and structured maintenance programs. I’ve just started using MaintainX and am in the early stages of building out inspections and workflows.

Fun fact: I’m a big fan of winter hiking & camping.

Hi All, I’m Mark Daynes from the North of England.  One of my customers is going to start to use MaintainX later this year and so I have completed the Admin certification to get some awareness of the environment.  I have to say that I have found it pretty easy to understand and navigate around and that the documentation, training and videos are all very good indeed.  Super simple to get data from the APIs as well which is excellent.  The mobile app is brilliant as well.  I’d be interested to hear from anyone who’s got MaintainX co-existing with Oracle ERP systems.  Regards, Mark.

Hello, my name is Miguel Irala and I’m new to the Maintainx community page. I’ve been working in the industrial automation and electromedical sectors for 30 years. For the past five years, I have served as Asset Care Manager at Coca-Cola Grenada. We are currently implementing Maintainx in our company for maintenance management. This includes creating and closing work orders, conducting surveys, managing periodic preventive maintenance procedures, tracking parts inventory, and adding new locations, users, and equipment. I look forward to fully experiencing the benefits this software will provide us.
