I’m not completely sure if the equipment (asset) is being given a new task or moved to a different department or facility. If it is a new task the asset would carry all the information into it’s new task.

If it is moving departments and the department is in the same facility, as long as the new department is still in your MaintainX you would just change the location to the new department and all information is the same.

Change in facility may be more of an issue. Unless both facilities are under the same MaintainX subscription, you would have to rewrite the asset and copy over the meters.

If both facilities are under the same subscription, and can be seen on your screen, you again would just have to change the location to the new facility and department at the new facility. You would then carry over your meters with the asset.
