Do we have the ability to list parts required to perform a PM in the procedure? If not there can I put them in the work order and it will then populate all future recurring work orders?

+5If you have them in a recurring work order, they will repopulate on all the recurrences. If they aren’t used during the recurrence, they can easily be removed when they close the work order by zeroing the number on the order.
