Has anyone found a way to set recurring work orders to be due on the last workday of the month as opposed to the last day of the month? I hate having to move PMs from a weekend to Friday.

The only way I can see is how I set up a lot of PMs. Choose recurring work order and put in the “last” Friday of the month. I placed a screenshot below.

The only potential problem I see with that is if the last day of the month falls between Monday - Thursday the following week. Fow workload that shorts us a few days to get the PMs completed.

The only way I can see to do it right now is to go set it for the “31st (or last day)”. Then weekly check the “workload view” for the work orders. Then physically move any from the weekend to the weekdays. I have to do this weekly. You can set the team members work schedule for Monday through Friday and it will blank out Saturday and Sunday.

It means an extra step on the admins side, but it can work until they can set it up for a weekday only work order system.

Yeah, that’s a common headache, most systems only let you pick the actual date, not the last workday. I usually get around it by setting the due date a few days earlier and adjusting manually if needed. Would be great if they added a built in “last business day” option though.
