Hi,
I currently have request portals set up within my factory per machine to log faults for my team to act upon, within this I have them attach images/videos along with descriptions of the current fault.
From this I am activating a new works order for this fault - however, the request is only put within the description of the works order. Is there a way to actually include the request document within the works order and not just within the description. It would save a bit of headache QMS wise on my side.
