Send Copy of Purchase Order to Accounting

Is there a way to automatically send a copy of a purchase order to someone in our accounting department, preferably when the PO is created?

Hi ​@smith, if your colleague in accounting has a MaintainX license, then it is absolutely possible to notify them when a PO is created, by using Approval Rules. In the example below, the rule in place notifies a specific user when any PO is created:

In the event that your colleague does not have access to MaintainX, or you don’t have the Approval Rules feature, then this sounds like a job for the MaintainX API.
