I’m not sure if it’s possible to have it on 5 months off 7 months, but if you want a workaround you could try setting up 5 work orders that recur yearly. I’m not sure if that would mess up your reporting, or be too confusing or not.

I had the same question and was told it’s not an option yet.
You can always skip the work order when not needed. You can also add in a required response to any work order you skip.
EX: *skips work order* required field - Seasonal PM/ not required at this time
A good way to handle this is to create a PM for the specific month you want it to occur (for example, April) and set it to repeat yearly. Use the start date as the first of the month and the due date as the end of the month, so it covers your full operating window.
That way, it’ll automatically come up each year during the active season without showing up in the off months.
Alternatively, if you want it to run monthly from April through August, you can duplicate the PM and assign each one to a different month. That keeps your schedule clean and avoids having to pause or disable PMs manually.
